The Surroundings
The house is located in a private residential area of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a small traditional village in the Andalusian region of Cadíz located on the left bank of the Gudadalquivír river just where it reaches the Atlantic Sea, on the other side of the river is the world famous Doñana National Park. Sanlúcar is 52 km from Cadíz and 119 km from Seville. It is a summer destination famous for its cuisine, especially a variety of sherry called "Manzanilla" and its prawns.
