Technical Specifications of the Olive Grove:

Profitability of super-intensive olive oil: between 7,5% and 12,5%. The production in super intensive gives on average of 14t/ha of olives (some years gives 20t ). More important is that on average, in the long term, a super intensive olive grove gives about 2t / ha of Extra virgin olive oil.

The current owner and his right- hand man, are available to discuss a potential management agreement for the first 2 years.
There are several good olive press facilities in the region.

BUILDING/HOUSE IN THE CENTRE OF THE OLIVE GROVE
